  • Entry and exit inspections
  • One 6-month routine inspection
  • Rent collection and renewals

  • Annual financial summary

Gold Plan – 9% incl. GST (individual landlords)

Full-service support with a personal touch.

Includes everything in Gold, plus:

  • Rent reviews and adjustments
  • Tribunal preparation services (optional add-on)

Platinum Plan – 10% incl. GST

For premium properties and landlords needing high involvement.
